Recent Head Golf Professional at Galloping Hill Golf Course, Damien Hamlett has been named Raritan Valley Country Club’s newest Head Golf Professional.
Hamlett, having served as Galloping Hill’s Head Golf Professional since 2013, started his career as an Assistant Golf Professional at Hunting Hawk Golf Club in Glen Allen, VA. In 2008, Hamlett joined New Jersey National’s Professional Staff as Assistant Golf Professional and spent 5 Seasons before taking his first Head Professional job at Galloping Hill. Hamlett is a proud member of the PGA of America, New Jersey Section since 2008.
Additionally, Damien has served as a Committee Member for the New Jersey PGA. Most recently he served as a Committee Member on the Junior Golf and Growth of the Game Committee from 2020-2021.
“I'm excited to continue a rich tradition of golf professionals at Raritan Valley Country Club'', said Hamlett soon after being hired as Raritan Valley’s Head Golf Professional. “Being only the sixth Head Golf Professional at RVCC means a lot to me.
