Alex Hoyos Named Head Professional at Essex County Country Club

Essex County Country Club has named Alex Hoyos their new Head Professional following the thorough hiring process conducted by their Search Committee and PGA Career Services. Hoyos has spent a majority of his career working in the northeast dating back to his start at Deepdale Golf Club in 2012. He would later move on to The Golf Club of Purchase then East Hampton Golf Club in the Metropolitan Section prior to starting at the Essex County Club in Manchester, MA which is consistently ranked as a Top 100 Club on Golf Digest’s America’s 100 Greatest Golf Courses list. Alex spent the past 3 years serving as their First Assistant Professional before accepting his first Head Professional position at Essex County (NJ) Country Club.

“I am thrilled to have been chosen as the new Head Golf Professional at ECCC. It’s an exciting opportunity with a terrific membership.” said Hoyos. “I am looking forward to spending many years at the Club and partnering with the talented golf professionals of the NJPGA.”
